Shipping of your parcel :

Your order will be shipped upon receipt of your payment.

All our parcels are packed in a neutral way and only the name: UP E-Commerce will discreetly be mentioned. Our parcels have a tracking number, which we will send you by e-mail. This allows you to follow the shipping in real-time.

Shipping:

For shipments in France:

-         POST – Colissimo: shipping within 48 hours anywhere in the France Metropolitan. 

For shipments to Europe : 

-        International POST - Colissimo: shipping between 3 and 5 days for Europe

Forwarding charges

Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. They may contain a fixed part and variable part based on the price and/or the weight of your order. We recommend that you group together your purchases into a single order. We can not group together two separate orders and you will have to pay postage for each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk. However, special care is provided to the packages containing fragile items.

Also, the packages are oversized and protected.

We cannot be held responsible for delays due to strikes of postal services or other unforeseen provided by the legislation on the transport of articles and goods.
